We strive to ensure that all products arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Include a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as 'final sale' or 'non-returnable' at the time of purchase
- Opened or used products that are not in their original condition

1. **Exchanges:**
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. **Refunds:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
